How often it runs: by default, your catalogue resyncs twice a week or daily at 8am UTC depending on the tier. If you'd prefer a different schedule, just message us and we'll set it up.
Need a change reflected sooner? If you've updated your store since the last sync, or you notice a mismatch between your store and what the bot is saying, go to the Products tab in your dashboard and click Sync products. Your catalogue will update in real time.
