Your Brarista dashboard is where you can see how shoppers are using Brarista on your store: how they engage, what they ask, how the fitting quizzes perform, and the revenue Brarista drives for you.
Everything lives in the sidebar on the left:
Overview - your headline results: engagement and financial impact.
Insights - the detail: conversation breakdowns, quiz insights, demographics and full conversation logs.
Feature request - opens our public feedback board in a new tab, where you can suggest improvements and vote on other ideas. We genuinely read and build from this.
Your account (bottom of the sidebar) - click your name to open Settings or to log out.
You can collapse the sidebar with the arrow button next to the logo if you'd like more room for your data.
Have more than one store with us? You'll see a store switcher at the top of the sidebar. All the numbers on screen always relate to the store currently selected.
A quick note: every store's Brarista setup is a little different. Depending on which products you have (the Full Chatbot, the Mini Chatbot and/or the Sidebar Quizzes), some sections, labels and filters may be worded slightly differently or may not appear at all. Just skip anything you don't see on your screen.
