Conversation Logs, on the Insights page, hold the full record of every Brarista conversation on your store.
Each row is one conversation, with its start time, categories, the shopper's first message and Brarista's last reply, plus any feedback the shopper left (thumbs up or down and comments).
Click a row to expand it and read the full back-and-forth, message by message.
Use the column filters to narrow the table down by category or feedback, and the pagination controls at the bottom to move through pages, 50 or 100 rows at a time.
Click Export at the top right to download the conversations for your selected date range as an Excel file, handy for sharing internally or doing your own analysis.
One thing to know: conversations are anonymous. Shoppers aren't personally identified in the logs.
